I recently stayed at Lumino Highrange. I was extremely disappointed with my experience, as it was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. They charged me a significant amount for a small room, but due to exhaustion and limited availability, I had no choice but to accept it. The room and bathroom were extremely small and not very clean. The bedsheets and towels in the bathroom were old and not properly maintained. Considering the price I paid, it was definitely not worth it. They overcharged me by at least ten times. The location, however, was good. The non-Malayali staff members were really kind and helpful, but the Malayali staff members were a bit arrogant and displayed attitude.

After alloting one room the very next day receptionist changed my room without even informing me while I was on city tour. We asked the receptionist to clean our 1st allotted room and get the bathroom exhaust and TV repaired. To which he called and asked me to pack my luggage and keep it at reception. When I returned back from tour I found my room number was changed. It was a dark, smelly room. When confronted about room change, the receptionist Amal told we asked to change the room which we never asked in the first place. He called his manager Lizo who again was putting all the blame on us only. These people were complete liars and cheaters. They were not even talking properly, very rude even to my wife. I found everything 180 degrees about the hotel whatever was mentioned on different websites. Pathetic hotel.

We stayed at the hotel on 22-07-23, and it was a great experience, with top clean bedrooms and bathrooms, and excellent service by staff. However, there were some minor issues we encountered, the internet was not working and the hot water …

I had booked "Duluxe King" through Cleartrip, neither was the bed king size, not did the room nor bathroom have ANY amenities. They messaged on WhatsApp that hot water would be given from 6am to 11am but it was only to be provided after 6:30 upto 9:30pm.

It wasn't a pleasent stay ....we booked room no 301 , something like rat was running on the roof so we can't able to sleep..we asked for extra sheet they didn't had that too .very poor experience...

A budget room right at the heart of munnar. The receptionist was super welcoming towards us. The staff were well-spoken and highly professional. The rooms punch well above their price range. I'd say one of the best value stays in munnar.

Only the location is good but their is no proper hot water facility even there is no proper drinking water simply worst service please don't visit

Very comfortable stay at the property. Ajmal and Anandu were very helpful. Amazing hospitality by both. Room was neat and clean. Overall it was a comfortable stay. Thanks to the team for amazing hospitality
